Tuesday, June 4:
  • Started Jillian Michaels' "30-day Shred" video (I did Level 1) -- This workout is brutal (or I'm REALLY out of shape, or maybe both)

Wednesday, June 5:
  • Day 2 of Jillian Michaels' "30-day Shred" video (still did Level 1 of 3 but found it a LITTLE easier than yesterday -- progress!)
